Always

Afraid of

The dark.

The unknown,

Afraid of

Not seeing,

Afraid of

Not knowing.

I filled the

Emptiness

With all kinds

Of monsters.

Turns out

The dark

Was always

Simply empty

Without me..

And my

Monsters.
